Official contest rules

This promotion is sponsored by Xanadu App Development LLC, 4370 Chicago Dr SW 118, Grandville, MI 49418(the "Sponsor"), operator of Fur Baby Social.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, or involved in, this contest in any manner. Google LLC is not a sponsor of, or involved in, this contest in any manner. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and hold a Fur Baby Social account in good standing.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Each contest opens and closes on the dates shown on that contest's page. Entries submitted outside those dates will not be accepted. The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper for all entries and votes.

Sign in to your account, open the active contest, and submit one of your pets with a photograph you own or have the rights to use. Entry is free.

Limit one entry per pet per contest. Entries that are incomplete, submitted by automated means, or submitted by anyone other than the account holder are void.

Signed-in members may cast up to the number of votes shown on the contest, at most one vote per entry, and may change their votes at any time until voting closes.

Voting for your own entry is not permitted. Purchasing votes, offering anything of value in exchange for votes, and using scripts, bots, or multiple accounts to vote are all prohibited and are grounds for disqualification.

At the close of the entry period, the Sponsor selects winners from the contest leaderboard and reviews each candidate entry for compliance with these rules. An entry found in violation is disqualified and the next-ranked eligible entry is considered in its place.

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received and on votes cast. The Sponsor's determinations are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

The prize for each contest, and its approximate retail value (ARV), are stated on that contest's page. One prize per winning entry.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are notified in the app and by email at the address on their account. A winner must complete the claim link within 14 days of notification.

If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Keeping a current email address on your account is your responsibility.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on any prize. Where the value of a prize requires it, the Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding, and may report the prize value on IRS Form 1099-MISC.

You must own or have the necessary rights to every photograph you submit, and your entry must not infringe anyone else's rights or depict any identifiable person without their permission.

By entering, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your entry in connection with operating and promoting the contest. You keep ownership of your photograph.

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize permits the Sponsor to use the winner's display name, pet name, and winning entry in connection with announcing and promoting the contest, without further compensation.

Entries must comply with the acceptable-use section of our terms of service. The Sponsor may remove any entry and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry or voting process, violates these rules, or acts in a way that is abusive or disruptive to other members.

By entering, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for loss, harm, or damage arising out of participating in this promotion or accepting or using a prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or votes that are lost, late, misdirected, or not recorded due to network, hardware, or software failure. If the promotion cannot run as planned because of tampering, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end it and award prizes from eligible entries received to that point.

Information you submit is handled under our privacy policy. Entering a contest does not subscribe you to marketing email.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
